"For a long time I’ve honestly hated myself for how I look, and I felt for a long time that I am beyond help. I felt like it was too late for me to make my life any better, but early last year I decided to start making positive changes. I was as high as 172kg in early February last year, absolutely disgusting to be honest, my knee was in bad shape, my mental health wasn’t up to scratch, but with the help of the system, through counselling with Michelle, regular check-ups with Michael & Erica, I’ve made big effort to change my eating habits and increase my activity. Plus now I’ve actually started attending weigh-ins with Lindsay so the physical evidence of my improvement is being recorded. I genuinely feel a lot better about myself, and my future since I got the help I needed a year ago. I am around 50kg less now than I was a year ago, which is a great achievement. I don’t feel I look too different but physically I feel better than ever."

"From Start to finish working with 4 healthy weight has actually been amazing. All correspondence and every member of the team have been great. It's such a heart wrenching journey to undertake when you are over weight or obese and the fear of judgement was very much at the surface for me but I have to say not at any point did I ever feel judged, or humiliated with the team, infact it felt like every conversation I had was reassuring and felt like a virtual hug. They answered questions when I had them and were honest about time frames etc..
